Vehicle Detail

Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE Description: This is a beautiful, powerful Windveil Blue 2007 Mustang GT (VIN - 1ZVFT82H775217168) with leather upholstery and an excellent options and features package that you won’t find on any other Mustang. It has a professionally installed Ford Racing 500-HP Whipple Supercharger package that includes all of the factory accessories, including the Ford GT dual fuel pump, upgraded high-flow fuel injectors, custom cold air intake and lines. It has been dynoed and puts out 545 horsepower at the flywheel, 463 horsepower at the rear wheels. There are only a couple minor scratches in the finish (in addition to the normal scuffs underneath and tiny rock chips from normal driving in front, although you will find less on this vehicle than most), which is the only reason we are not advertising the car in perfect condition. The scratches can be quickly remedied at a decent shop – there are NO dents. The scratch on the hood (approximately 1” in length) is shown in the photos and was there when we purchased the car. We did not have it repaired because we had purchased a new hood for the car which is available separately (see notes later). A car cover and car cover bag (value = $210) will also be included with the purchase of the car. There are additional parts (Tru-Fiber SH-GT ‘67 Shelby-Style hood, hood lifts) available at cost. Since our ownership, the car has been stored indoors in a controlled-climate environment. It has not been driven in winter, so it has not seen ANY salt and hasn’t even seen the rain. It has not been raced nor driven hard. It has simply been enjoyed and babied (far too much, actually). The automobile is completely road legal and should pass emission inspections in any state. I say should because emissions inspections are not required in our area and the car has not been through one. No emissions equipment has been altered. There is an oxygen sensor bung welded into the driver’s side exhaust immediately behind the header to allow for the installation for a wide-band air/fuel ratio gauge. For the time being, there is a temporary plug threaded in place. We purchased the car in August of 2008 with 20,155 miles (current mileage = 21,500) and have since added quite a few additional upgrades (all completed within the last year and a half), for performance, safety, handling, and looks, including: Brakes · Brakes upgraded to Aerospace Components (Brake package $1,934) (Note: There is no parking brake as a result of this upgrade) · Type: Brakes F/R: ABS, vented disc/vented disc · Calipers: Aerospace four piston front and rear, blue anodized, stainless brake lines · Rotors: 11-3/4" Diameter .81" Thick Vented Rotors, (Drilled, Slotted, Zinc Plated) front and rear · Pads: Hawk Performance Street (HPS) brake pads · Fluid: Amsoil Series 600 Synthetic DOT 4 fluid Engine / Driveline · Type: 4.6L / V8 · Ford Racing Performance Parts 500-HP Whipple Supercharger kit (Installed by previous owner. $6,700 parts alone – kit is set up currently for 8 psi of boost for best horsepower/fuel economy/engine longevity combination. You can swap stock supercharger pulley for smaller pulley to obtain increased horsepower if you wish) · Displacement cu in (cc): 281 (4606) · Original Power bhp (kW) at RPM: 300(221) / 5750 · Original Torque lb-ft (Nm) at RPM: 320(434) / 4500 · Billet battery hold-down ($50 – stronger than OEM battery hold-down and looks great) · Steeda billet strut tower covers ($50) · Billet strut bolt caps ($40) · Accel SuperCoil Coil Packs ($300 – adds horsepower and improves fuel economy) · UPR Oil Catch Can ($100 – keeps oil mist out of the intake from the PCV system) · 90mm MotoBlue GenX Idler Pulley ($75 – better sealed bearing to eliminate pulley squeal) · 100mm D'Agostini Racing Idler Pulley ($60 – better sealed bearing to eliminate pulley squeal) · Steeda Tensioner Pulley ($125 – much stronger than stock tensioner pulley for supercharger set-up) · Stainless steel fog lamp bezels ($60) · New serpentine belt ($75) · Amsoil EAO11-EA Absolute Efficiency Oil Filter ($45 – best air filter you can get for this engine/intake) · Amsoil 5W-20 XL synthetic engine oil Exhaust · Pypes Mid-Muffler Stainless Steel Exhaust System ($430 – Excellent muscle car sound without being too loud, also allows for better breathing and increased horsepower) · Original catalytic converters are still in place along with factory H-pipe Exterior · White rally racing stripes, tip to tail (vinyl) ($300 installed) · Pony rocker panel stripes (vinyl) ($100 installed) · Billet grille and running pony badges ($200) · Running pony rear emblem ($50) · Sylvania H13 SilverStar headlight bulbs ($50 – brightest legal bulbs available) · Molded mud-flaps in rear ($45) · New mud-flaps in front ($25) · UPR short billet antenna ($15) Interior · Running pony all-weather floor mats ($75) Performance · Acceleration 0-60 in 5.9 sec. stock, 4.4 sec. w/Whipple Supercharger (estimated from various sources) · Top Speed mph (km/h): 149 (240) (source: Car&Driver) · Fuel Economy EPA city/highway mpg (l/100 km): 17/25 (n.a.) (source: Car&Driver) (actual fuel economy is slightly lower with Supercharger) Rear End · Rear End Gear Ratio: 3.55 (factory option) · LPW Rear End Cover with bearing caps ($135 - Bearing caps provide additional support for higher horsepower, and there is a convenient drain plug as well so that fluid can be changed without removing entire cover in future) · Fluid: Amsoil 75W-140 Severe Gear Synthetic lube Transmission · 5-Speed Manual · Shifter: Hurst Short Throw Shifter Kit for Mustang ($200 – Considered best short throw shifter kit for this automobile by many) Wheels · Rims: AFS Bullitt rims 18x9 front, 18x10.5 rear ($1,475 for tires and wheels) · Tires: Goodyear F1 255/45 ZR18 front, Goodyear F1 285/40 ZR18 rear · New tire pressure monitoring sensors in all four wheels ($200) We are selling this car to make room for the restoration of a recently obtained 1954 International Harvester pickup. We just don’t have the room, or the funds, for both vehicles at this point. This is your opportunity to obtain a beautiful retro Mustang in a rare color (Windveil Blue was discontinued in the 2008 model year) that has been babied at an excellent price. The Kelley Blue Book value for this Mustang (WITHOUT taking into account the Supercharger and brand new wheels/tires and other new upgrades) is $20,965 (for a vehicle being privately sold in GOOD condition). We’re offering this automobile at a substantial bargain. Note that the battery that you see in the engine bay photos is not the battery currently installed in the car - the factory battery is currently installed.
