I reserve the right to cancel all bids and end the auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. Bid retractions are not allowed, nor will they be at all recognized within 24 hours of auction close. In the event of a late bid retraction, I reserve the right to not sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder. The successful bidder will be contacted by email within 24 hours of auction close to arrange for the deposit, payment, and pick-up or delivery. If the required deposit is not received within 1 business day from close of auction, or if full payment is not made within 3 days of close of auction, I reserve the right to sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder, or to re-list the vehicle. The Buyer will be responsible for all state and local sales taxes and fees associated with the purchase of the vehicle and any shipping charges, if applicable. I will assume no liability for damages during shipping or any damages incurred after the vehicle leaves my premises. It is suggested that you insure the vehicle prior to pick-up.
