1983 Datsun / Nissan 280 Z Original time capsule with low mileage Only 104K T-Tops All options Looks great Runs like a top Rare digital dash in perfect working condition 1983 Datsun / Nissan 280 Z. This car is completely original and runs like new. It has T-tops and just about evry option offered that year including the rare digital dash that still works like new. I would not hesitate to drive this car to California and back. It has low miles (104k) and it's a 5 speed. It has the window louvres on the back and sides. The side rear windows also pop out as vent windows. The interior is in good shape but shows its age in some areas. This is a 27 year old car so that's to be expected. It's the 2 + 2 model which seats four. The car is in really good shape. It was undercoated when new and garage stored since then. The dash doesn't even show any age. Look closely at the pictures and you'll see a few areas of surface rust starting to poke out. Very easy touch up spots if your so inclined. The only real areas where this car shows it's age are the very front of the floor boards are showing rust with some holes (see pics) and the front of the hood has bubbling with rust poking its evil head through. It's weird because the areas where these vehicles typically rust are spotless. THis makes it nice because you can buy this car and drive it for the next twenty years before you decide if you want to restore it or not. It drives awesome, straight as an arrow at any speed and handles the road like a sports car should. The doors on this car even close tight with no sag whatsoever. But...
