For sale is a 1966 Volkswagen Beetle. This is a beautiful car, that is fun to drive and always turns heads. I purchased it about 8 years ago from a person in California. There was no rust on it then, so living in New England, I sealed the undercarriage. It hasn't seen rain or snow since I've had it because I always keep it in the garage. I have spent time restoring it, and now that it is done, it's time to sell it and buy another old car to work on. Is it perfect? No, its 44 years old. But it looks great and runs great. The last picture show a couple of scraches behind front bumper. It has a 1300cc engine, 6 volt electrical system, with the mileage reading about 84,990 miles. Here's a list of the some of the things I've replaced: (at least the things I remember) Tires, Bumpers, Paint, Headliner, Running Boards, Master Cylinder, Roof Rack, Fuel Pump, Battery, Bosch Voltage Regulator and Coil, Pop-out Rear Windows, Door & Window Seals, Upholstery and door panels, Carpet, and Shocks. I don't know if it's the original engine, or if it's been rebuilt, but all I've done to it was a tune-up. I have extra parts and tires that will be included in the sale. A $500 deposit is due within 72 hours auction end. Full payment is due with 7days of auction end. Cashiers check is preferred. Deposit can be cashiers check or through paypal.
