Up for auction is my 1972 Chevrolet Chevelle. As much as I hate to do it, I have several other projects and this one, although my favorite, must be sacrificed. Now for the details, the engine is a 383 Stroker with forged pistons, Airflow Research heads 2.05/1.60 valves, an Edelbrock Performer RPM Air Gap Intake, 1.6:1 full roller rockers, Edelbrock carb, diecast and polished aluminum valve covers, 1-3/4" ceramic coated headers, 10.8:1 Comp Ratio, and an estimated 475hp. This engine has less than 50 miles since built. The transmission is a built TH350 with valvebody modifications (shift kit) & a B&M converter. The rear end consists of an Auburn Posi Trac w/ 3.73:1 Richmond Gears. The stock brakes have been replaced with Classic Performace Products 4 Wheel Disc Brake kit and includes, drilled & slotted rotors, new brake booster, master cylinder, stainless flex line to calipers, and red powder coated calipers. THe suspension has also been upgraded, with new bushings on front control arms, and QA1 fully adjustable, coil over shocks. Quite a bit of time was spent on the interior as well, with a new SS dash housing custom white face "Phantom" series Autometer gauges, new dash pad, new carpet, new headliner, new center console, new door panels and arm rests, and new weather stripping. Also, as a bonus, the A/C works, the car has a new heater core ( though the hoses are not connected to it), it has a new A/C evaporator box (inside car). The exterior of the car is in fair condition (see pics for chips in paint), the wheels have a small amount of overspray on them from when car was painted. The trim rings on wheels have some small dings and curb rash on them but nothing major. The car will need new tires, since I installed a few spare tires (random sizes) to get the car road worthy, with the intention of buying new wheels and tires. To my knowledge, all of the vehicle's details have been listed and should anything else should come to mind, I will edit this auction's description. Please note that I also have this car for sell locally and reserve the right to end this auction as necessary.
