I only use Chevron oil and only use Chevron/Mobil gasoline. I used Arco/Costco the first year or so of owning the car, but for the last 80k+ miles it's been Chevron/Mobil ONLY. I also suggest this to anyone with any car. Chevron gasoline is by far the best quality gas you can use and does a fantastic job of cleaning the insides of your engine. Arco is high in alcohol and will corrode fuel lines and fuel pumps. All the lugnuts on the wheels come on and off properly. There is no threading issue and these are the original lugnuts. I torque each lugnut to spec and have never driven them on with impact hammers. The oil bolt is still the original oil bolt. There are no leaks and it threads off and on perfectly. Will change oil / rotate tires / install new intake air filter before handing car over (30k mile service with Chevron Oil and Fram oil/air Filter)Will also thoroughly clean the throttle body again just so you don't have to deal with it for a good while Negatives: Been in 2 Accidents - Right Rear Accident a few years ago; Front Damage a few years ago; both fully covered and repaired through Mercury Insurance; tires wear evenly; If you run a carfax this will NOT show up, it shows as a no accident vehicle, I'm being honest and explaining it to you so that we don't waste anyone's time 126k miles - interior not perfect, but had it detailed inside (Non-Smoker / No Pets) - car does not look like it has 126k miles, must see to believe Front Driver's Airbag connection finnicky - Recommend mechanic look at it - Was previously fixed while under warranty, although the problem came back out of warranty thousands of miles later (not covered) - basically just assume until it's fixed the car comes WITHOUT Air Bags - I have a new clock spring and a GM steering wheel puller hands that you will receive once you pay for the vehicle. I believe the issue is the clock spring, but I cannot guarantee it. Note: The Air Bags have never been deployed on the vehicle, this was a problem that was straight from factory, but wasn't resolved properly the first time, my bad luck it came back. Sway bar might need to be tightened; I have no idea on that one, but sometimes you hear a clunk if u go over a dip...totally random sound; doesn't affect driving in any way. Latest mechanic said it might be the shock tower, but I have no idea on this one because I never saw it as a major issue. Exterior Left Rear Bumper was struck while parked (as you can see in pictures, but i've done a quick one over with touch-up paint and plan on using some rubbing compound before selling the vehicle) Front Left Bumper has a small scratch from hitting a rolling dust ball in the Inland Empire years ago (as you can see in pictures, but i've done a quick one over with touch-up paint If you push the car really hard, the automatic transmission will slip and then catch going into 4th gear. I drive fairly responsibly and don't experience this on a day to day case, but I want you to be aware of it and you should factor it in when bidding. I've done my best to outline the problems the next driver might encounter, but it's hard to describe the positives of the car. I welcome anyone to come test drive the vehicle and see for themselves, a lot of the problems are grossly overstated and the positives grossly understated. The car with minor work will be a great vehicle for a long long time as it has been for me and to my knowledge, there are no other negatives than what I have detailed up above. I've also priced the vehicle less than the Kelly Blue Book's Private Party with the above mentioned amenities. I've tried my best to be as honest as I can be with the posting. Thank you.
