1989 Porsche 911 Carrera Cabriolet with original paint, perfect original interior, and new top. California car with zero rust and a perfect undercarriage. Gorgeous color combination, low miles, immaculate condition, one of the best Porsches ever made. I have owned over 100 Porsches. The classic years prior to 1989 lack the refinements of this car, and the years after lost something essential. This car strikes the perfect balance: It looks great, and it's a joy to drive, even by today's standards. Electric top drops as easily as a new BMW's. The quality of the leather interior seems hand-crafted, exceeding the durability of new cars. Most every early 911's door panels and pockets are loose and worn. This car's door panels are like new in every respect, with no slop in the map pocket hinges. No cracks and virtually no signs of wear in the interior. The color must be rare, because I can't remember seeing it on any other 911. It shows exceptionally well in person. Never abused, this car runs tight and strong. If you are looking for a quality Carrera Cabriolet, this could be the one. I expect it will sell quickly; I wish I had another one just like it. I checked Auto Check's information, and clearly this is someone's input error: Some idiot working somewhere reported the miles as 174 miles on 9-24-1993. If you study the below information supplied by Auto Check you will see the computer is misreporting a problem. There is nothing wrong with this car's odometer. The miles are accurately reported in this listing: 99,734. The mileage readings reported by Auto Check show this clearly.
