I am a licensed dealer with the state of Washington. If you are a Washington state resident I will handle all aspects of transferring the van into your name and collecting applicable sales tax and required fees. You are required to come in, in person to complete the paperwork for the purchase. If you so choose you may elect to pay a documentary service fee to cover my costs for doing the transfer. I do not require you to pay this, but it is appreciated if you do. If you are NOT a Washington state resident you are welcome to bid, but I cannot transfer the title for you. At the time of pickup I will give you the free and clear title and you will be responsible for properly registering the vehicle in your state of residence. To be exempt from paying Washington state sales tax you MUST have at least two types of ID showing you are a resident of another state. One MUST be a driver's license or DOL/DMV issued state ID card.
