Up for bidding is a 1973 Honda CB500 Four Cylinder, Full Dresser, with faring, and hard bags. Dated 8/72 The bike is in great condition for the year, seems to run good, drives nice, smooth, shifts good. basicly road ready, crhome is in nice shape for the most part for a 37 year old bike. Could use some paint work, paint is faded and cracked in places.. Comes with the faring, and hard bags. the one saddle bag is messed up a little, from a previous owner. should be an easy repair. Custom Seat, in good shape. Sissy Bar, in good shape. Tires appear to be new, Raised White Letter Dunlops Front brakes are like new, did not check rear? Good Battery -- Interstate. Front fender has some dents on it, and the one mount is a little messed up. Someone has changed the mufflers at some point in time, but the exhuast is in good shape, and sounds good. The previous owner had also changed out the factory ignition switch, with a regular automotive switch, but works good. Has an AM-FM 8 Track, doesn't play to well? could use an update on the radio.. Also comes with an allmost complete, 1973 CB 500 Parts Bike, with about 90% of the parts, some stripped off and in a box.. There is a good front fender on parts bike. I do not know much about the Bike, took in on a trade, any questions i will answer to the best of my ability... The Bike has a clean title, but i am waiting for it to come back from DOT..should be any day now.. I'm Selling AS IS, NO Warrenty, And no Reserve !!
