Mechanics Special 1988 Toyota 2wd pick-up . This truck has working A.C. The truck has a blown head gasket but will start up and run . It runs rough and the oil and water are mixing . It has a bad skip and acts like it is running on two cylinders .In our opinion this truck needs a head gasket only . We have fixed 22R engines like this before . The bottom end sounds tight and solid . The truck has rust at the pick up body seam on the pasenger side . It has been wiped with bondo and is a poor job . This truck was a factory red truck . The truck looks like it has been painted once before and it was a poor job . (As seen on T.V. ambasador $299.00 quality) If you needed a front clip and a perfect rust free cab this is the deal for you . The interior is excellent .The engine is an EFI 24RE . The transmission was just rebuilt 10,000 miles age .The tire condition is : 2 good tires with 1 dry rot tire and the spare on the ground . There are 3 matching rims that were chrome but have been painted with chrome paint . The radio face is missing . This truck is too nice to part out and will be sold to the best offer .
