Up for auction is my 2003 Dodge 3500 Heavy Duty, Serial Number 3D7MA48C33G798911, 24-valve Cummins Turbo High output diesel with only 116,000 miles. Exterior color is bright silver metallic, interior is dark slate gray cloth with black flatbed. This is my personal truck. I used it to pull my gooseneck and trailer trailer only. I drove this truck off the showroom floor brand new in 2003 so it is ONE OWNER. It has never been used as a hotshot or haul truck. It has had the best care and maintenance it could have. I only use Mobile One 10W40 Full Synthetic Diesel Engine Oil. The transmission has been serviced every 60,000 miles. I just had a $200 transmission service 2 days ago, new fluid, filters and all bands adjusted. I have installed an Edge-Box brand performance chip in it that really brings the turbo diesel to life. I did this for the fuel mileage. The truck gets about 22 miles per gallon running empty down the road and 15 miles per gallon pulling a trailer. That is good for a 1 ton truck. Truck interior is like new condition, seats, door panels, carpet, factory floor mats all look great. The top of the dash has the normal Dodge crack in it like they all do (you can buy a new dash cap on Ebay for around $150.00 and install it yourself if you desire, but I have ordered the carpet version to put on it and hope it will be here soon). It has power steering, power brakes, tilt, cruise, AM/FM CD 6 speaker stereo, cold air conditioning, new custom dual chrome exhaust stacks. I put the exhaust stacks on myself so they are done right and it sounds great as you drive it. It has new Delta Champion chrome diamond plate tool box, heated electric tow mirrors, Western brand full body step bars, bumper and push guard with grill guard, chrome fender trim, smoke bug shield, all LED lights. Truck is sitting on 4 brand new Firestone Transforce AT LT 235/80R17 on the rear at a cost of $700.00 and 2 new Michellin LTXMS on the front at a cost of $500.00. Truck has an 8 foot x 9 foot Gooseneck flatbed on the back, serial number B-12607 with 30,000 pound rollover 2-5/16th ball, center tray design so you don't have to jack your trailer up so high to hook up. All new LED lights in bed. This is no cheap flatbed. It was built by Gooseneck Manufacturing, the same people that build the trailers. Tekonsha brake controller with 3 different plug-ins in the rear for trailer hookup. The new items I have installed: Two new Optima 1000 cold cranking amp batteries. New starter. New brakes. Serpentine belt. Rain-X wipers. Full transmission service. Rear end serviced. Engine Oil change. New filters. Tool box. Chrome stacks. LED lights. THE BAD: Some scuffs and scratches on the bed standard with a flatbed truck, crack in dash. Serial #4AGEU28D2WC027684. I purchased this trailer when I moved and it performed great. I stored all of my household goods in it with no worries of anything getting wet or damaged. Inside and outside are in great condition. No dents, tears, rips or any damage to the sheet metal. The trailer is sitting on 4 brand new trailer tires with bearing buddies on all hubs, brakes on all 4 wheels and they work perfect. There are 2 manual crank open roof vents, one forward and one rear to allow good ventilation. There are 2 lights, one forward, one rear that can be turned on when you enter the side door with a toggle switch. These lights are powered by a new 12-volt battery mounted in the front of the trailer inside and it is kept charged when plugged into the vehicle. There is a work or storage shelf in the front of the trailer about 2 feet wide and runs the full width of the trailer. There are 2 doors, one rear door, one rear fold down door, 7 feet 8 inches wide x 6 feet 2 inches with garage door style spring assist. You can almost open and close the rear door with one hand. The rear door forms a nice ramp for loading and unloading. There is 1 side door, 30 x 70 inches with lock and fold down steps. The trailer comes with another complete set of wheels and tires and the very expensive 2-5/16 ball receiver hitch and Easy Lift brand sway bars and stabilizers that work perfect. The trailer pulls excellent down the road at any speed and can be pulled with a 1/2, 3/4 one ton or SUV. It would make an excellent moving storage trailer, work site trailer, tool storage trailer, haul your car, tractor, dune buggy, whatever you need to haul and not have to worry about anybody damaging or vandalizing it when closed up.
