Selling for a friend,This is a True 400 4bbl Automatic convertible with PHS docs,restoration was started more than 20 years ago by current owners.Most exterior sheet metal has been replaced by local body shop with New G.M. Parts,frame,trunk panels and floor panels are all in very good solid condition,No rust or rot.All suspension parts are original.The original 400 4 bbl motor was replaced with a strong running 72 400 2 bbl motor,original Turbo 400 trans.Also includes rechromed bumpers,400 hood scoops.New paint job was done about 5 years ago by a local body shop and is great condition.Most exterior chrome trim or nameplates were not re-installed but are included.The car includes a new custom made leather convertible top,all mechanicals included for top,need to be reinstalled.The Original leather interior is 95% complete and in very good condition,includes the floor console&shifter and also the AM/FM radio,door panels and trim pieces,needs new carpeting and re-installation.Overall I would say the car is about 85% completed and will require completing the interior and detailing under the hood,a little exaust work needed also.This is an a very rare 400 Convertible with Air Conditioning,not too many of those made back then.
