Up for bid is a 1972 Datsun 240Z Convertible / Roadster Project or Parts Car. This a Factory five speed car and is also a low production number Canada Car. I purchased this car from a serious Z car collector. At one point this guy had 18 Z cars and this car was one of his rarest. Here are the facts: The Good: 1. Convertible / Roadster 2. Factory Five Speed 3. Racing Seats 4. Nice Wheels and Tires 5. Low Production Number 6. Ran Perfect when Parked about three years ago 7. Great Show Car Possibilities 8. Awesome After Market Stereo 9. Lots of work already done. 10. Low miles Car. The Bad: 1. The car will turn over but won't run. (I think it's the fuel pump). 2. Clutch and Brakes don't work. (I think the master cilinder and slave are frozen) 3. There is a bit of fust on the bottom of the doors a drivers side rear. 4. Quite a bit of work to finish the Speedster rear deck, but will be beautiful when finished. Thanks For Looking. I HAVE A NEW AUDI A4 CONVERTABLE BASE RING (RETAILS FOR $895.00) AND LOTTS OF EXTRA PARTS THAT GO WITH THE CAR. THE PICTURE THAT SHOWS THE RUST AND DAMAGE ON THE DRIVERS SIDE REAR SHOULD ALSO SHOW THAT THERE IS T O N S OF BONDO.
