The auction terms pertaining to payment, pickup, etc must be observed for this guarantee. This is a very clean 1997 Mercedes Benz C230 with 55k original miles. This vehicle has been very well treated and maintained, and is in excellent condition. The vehicle history report is clean without any accidents or damage, and the title is clean and clear without any liens or encumbrances. This car was originally registered in Canada, so the odometer shows in kilometers. The kilometer reading at this time is 90,324, which is 55,097 miles. The speedometer reads in both miles and kilometers. The owner moved to the US in 2003, and this car has been registered here since then, and can be legally registered anywhere in the USA. Some of the features in this C230 include the power sunroof, MB Tex-leather seats, stereo with 6-disk CD changer & cassette. All of the power equipment, convenience options, and everything in this Mercedes has been checked and is working properly. This car comes with a full size spare mounted on a matching alloy wheel. We completed a safety inspection, as well as a maintenance service and road test on this Mercedes in preparation for sale. The engine runs very strong and smoothly and the transmission shifts perfectly. There aren’t any leaks under this car. The michelin tires are showing good tread. The brake pads are all in excellent condition as well. The suspension and steering feels nice and tight. I drove this C230 on a 60 mile errand, and it runs and drives beautifully. There aren’t any service reminders or warning lights on. I believe the exterior color is called Smoke Silver Metallic, and the body is in magnificent condition with nothing than a few normal stone nicks or minor imperfections. The paint has maintained superb depth and luster over the entire body. Both of the bumpers are in excellent condition. Both of the bumpers are in excellent condition. The alloy wheels are shiny and clean without any damage. There isn’t any body rust on this car and the undercarriage is clean, dry and in excellent condition. The interior of this Mercedes is super clean and in beautiful condition as well. All of the seating surfaces are soft, supple and almost like brand new. The carpeting is very fresh and clean throughout this car. All of the interior trim is intact, tight, and in terrific condition including the wood dash trim. This was a non smoker owned vehicle, and there aren’t any smoke odors or burn marks in the interior of this vehicle. REGISTRATION, TITLES & FEES: Out of state purchasers do not pay any Pennsylvania sales tax. A $60 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction, which will cover document fees and preparation, notarizations, and courier costs. Temporary Transit Tags are available through the state of PA for $40, which will provide valid registration for a period of 30 days. In order to obtain this tag, please provide proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own. Titles are available to the buyer immediately upon full irrevocable payment, which is performed by bank wire transfer, cash in person, or certified personal check. Otherwise, the title will be sent to you after your payments have cleared our bank. Occasionally, a title is still being processed by the state and we will issue free temporary registration until the title is received. All vehicles we sell on eBay are stored in a separate secured facility and we require that all vehicles be picked up within ten days of auction completion. Storage charges after ten days will be charged at $15/day for cars, and more for trucks and larger vehicles depending on size. We will try to exercise some flexibility to accommodate special requests regarding our terms, if they are placed before the auction ends.
