Up for auction is a extremely clean Oldsmobile 98 Regency Elite. The car was owned by an older couple that decided to get something a little newer. The car had 2 issues when I acquired it which I took care of. The first being an accuator in the dash that wasn't allowing cold air to blow out on the passenger side. The second was the intake gasket had started leaking. BOTH issues have been fixed. Car DOESN'T leak or use any fluids. It drives like a dream down the interstate. Car came out of central IL and probably didn't go many places in bad weather. The previous owner were in there 60's based on the insurance information I found in the glove box with the owners manual and the fact that the body of the car is in GREAT shape. Tires look almost new. No shakes or rattles. Get amazing gas mileage, (around 28-29 on the highway with cruise set at 74) Trunk is HUGE at 20.2 cu ft. AM/FM Cd and Cassette with steering wheel controls. The car has the upgraded digital dash with Trip computer. It also has memory seats and power trunk pull down. Fly in and drive it home in comfort. Please feel free to ask any questions. The only thing I would do to it if I was going to keep it is repaint the front and rear bumbpers. Lots of miles left in this car. I will drive the car to new owner for small fee within 400 miles of St. Louis if paid for in advance.On Aug-14-10 at 17:33:51 PDT, seller added the following information: I am not sure why the motor is listed as the Turbo. There wasn't a Turbo option on this model. When I went back into description to edit there was nothing in the motor section for me to edit. I have also driven this car to Central IL and back from St. Louis on Wednesday so the miles are slightly higher. I will wash the car again before it is picked up.
