The successful bidder will be contacted by email within 24 hours of auction close to arrange for the deposit, payment, and pick-up or delivery. If the required deposit is not received within 2 business days from close of auction, or if full payment is not made within 7 days of close of auction, I reserve the right to sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder, or to re-list the vehicle. The Buyer will be responsible for all state and local sales taxes and fees associated with the purchase of the vehicle and any shipping charges, if applicable. I will assume no liability for damages during shipping or any damages incurred after the vehicle leaves my premises. It is suggested that you insure the vehicle prior to pick-up.
