1968 Ford Mustang Coupe. 59K Original Miles. Rolled off the Dearborn Michigan assembly line Summer of 1967. I'm the 3rd owner. Original engine, transmission, drive train with matching numbers. 289 2V, GT Dual Exhaust, Auto Trans, Power Steering, Power Brakes(upgraded), OEM color-CandyApple Red (but repainted in base coat/clear coat), factory optional two tone hood and '67 body stripes. Stock styled steel wheels with trim rings, Original bias-ply spare tire still in the trunk, Factory optional fog lights, Factory flip down gas cap, Goodyear ST radials, Original Parchment & Black interior in immaculate condition, Custom fit JVC In-dash AM/FM CD stereo player with quad speakers, removable center console, Repainted in 1998. Stored winters. Past multiple first place show winner including the Michigan Nationals. She is a driver and driven to shows as well as cruises. This Mustang is not a restored show car, but approximately 90% original. I've only had her to one judged show this summer, and of course she walked away with first place in the Mustang Class. She's Currently appraised for insurance purposes at $20,000 I'm only selling her to pursue other interests. A couple of things I noticed since I took her out of storage earlier this summer, I had to replace the radiator as the original one sprung a leak along the upper tank seam. I put in a good quality reproduction rad which works perfect and looks completely OEM. I kept the original for future rebuild. I noticed that the front brake drums cause a slight pulse in the brake pedal at higher speeds and are a bit sensitive at lower speeds , so the front brake drums will need to be either replaced or turned in the near future.
