If you are looking for a special car in excellent condition, this is the one.On Aug-11-10 at 06:02:07 PDT, seller added the following information: Mileage correction: 53,752. Located original Steering Wheel and rear Wing. Could not locate original mirrors and 16" factory wheels or muffler. I have been asked allot of questions reguarding, electronics, ac function, leaks, tourque tube noises, dings, dents what services where done etc. and overall how the car runs/shifts. Here is some help: The car has an abs light on. I do not know the cause but likely a wheel speed sensor. The memory seats function does not respond. I don't know why because I never use them in other cars I own and never checked. It could be as simple as a fuse. However, the 6 way power seats, mirrors, windows, sunroof, wipers, lights, cruise and guages are all working fine. The ac blows ice cold. Torque tube is quiet. there are no dings or dents whatsoever (the pics show flash reflections that might appear to be dings). The car runs super strong with no noises or issues whatsoever. The car shifts perfectly with no synchro buzzing and the ball cap bushing has been replaced. The paint is incredible. It has 2-3 minor (and I mean minor) issues. there is a scratch on the front bumper, two on the rear bumper and one touch up (pencil eraser size) on the rear hatch. Otherwise, the body is in mint condition. I went through the reciepts yesterday and here are the big services performed; Belt, rollers, tensioner, cam/crank seals, water pump at 50,010 miles (done at Langan Porsche Dealer in Albany). All belts, coolant hoses, oil lines, plugs, cap, wires, fuel rail covers, air intake hoses, short shifter with ball cap bushing replaced in 2006. The steering rack in 2004. New 17" GTS CUP wheels, tires (Michelin Pilot Sport Ps2) at 49,211. Clutch, Pressure Plate, T/O bearing, guide tube, release arm, pilot bearing, crankshaft seal, slave cylinder, oil pan gasket, valve cover gaskets, heater valve all done at 25,244 to 29,460. New Radiator at 33,024. Valve cover gaskets again at 36,789. AC hoses (both) at 38,186. The car comes with a three ring binder (full) of reciepts and records of every service performed. They total over 20K since Selleck bought the car new. I have a clear title and there are not stories to this car. I have more pictures of the car on my lift for the serious bidder (please, serious bidders) available upon request. Best of luck and thanks for your interest. Selleck had a cell phone installed when new and they mounted it on the passanger side bolster. I hid the screw marks with a 2X3" velcro pad that is used to secure the remote for the Nakamichi deck. I also had a quetion on the sound system. The Nakamichi deck was installed by me in 03' and the speakers were replaced also. We kept the ADS amps (3) that are hidden on the passenger shelf and under the seats. Sellek's people built the custom speaker box in the back mounted to the too kit. There is a 10" sub in the tire well. Spare tire is included but no compressor kit. It sounds great and needs no upgrades.
