What we have here is a 1966 Ford Mustang GT Coupe with the pro street treatment. Rear end is a narrowed Ford nine inch with ladder bar set up and coil overs. Tranny is a built C4 with 3000 stall. Car has NEW rear quarters professionally installed. New front fenders. New fiberglass bolt on hood. Brand NEW Weld Alumastar 2.0's with Brand new Mcikeys. The rims and tires are less then a month old. Rims and tires were $2400 themselves. The doors have some mud in them and need to be finished and then its ready for paint. Motor is a 289 with 289 heads. The motor is out of the car and is no good. It dropped a valve and took out a piston and cylinder wall. Head can be saved but need reworked. Crank, cam, dizzy, intake, and carb are all good. The body is in great shape since most all the metal is new except the doors. There is one or two spots in the floor that could use a patch. They are very small, less then a silver dollar size. All the glass is in great shape. The windshield does have a small stone chip that is repairable. The car also has the disc brake front end. Full roll cage installed. Door panels are in good shape. Interior really only needs a head liner and new carpet. All the tin work is done except on small strip in the trunk between the tubs and taillights. This is a older build and once was a 8 sec race car. The gentelman I got it from was driving it everyday untill the valve let go. Of course all the normal prostreet options are there... fuel cell, gauges, race seats, shifter, etc.. This is a manual brake and sterring car. This will make a very nice cruiser with very little effort. If my reserve isnt met I going to finish it over the winter. This can easily be a $15k+ car. I will not reveal the reserve so bid to win. This car is sold as is where is. Shipping costs are on the buyer. I can store the car for as long as needed within reason but payment must be made within the following time frame. $500 deposit within 48 hours of auction end and the rest due within 7 days of auction end.
