2003 Dodge Ram 1500 - Hemi No Reserve - Please Note Title Issues shown Below This vehicle is being auctioned by the Jefferson Co Sheriff's Office in Birmingham, AL. It was siezed in a criminal investigation and court awarded. We do not have title as we normally do on these court awarded vehicles. Court order was submitted to Alabama for Title, but they show vehicle as "Salvage". However, we checked with Texas (Original title state and where vehicle came from when we seized) and they show it as "Rebuilt". Therefore the vehicle is being auctioned with a Bill of Sale and copy of Court Order only since we could not get Alabama to issue title. WInning bidder is responsible for pick up and/or delivery of vehicle and any taxes or fees associated with registration, title, etc. Please email if you have any questions.
