1994 Ford Ranger 4X4 Super Cab Step-side SPLASH Edition I bought this truck to use for work but I now have a company issued vehicle so I no longer have a need for it. Otherwise, I'd love to keep it. This truck has been super reliable and such fun to drive. It is a real eye catcher. It recently developed an exhaust leak (not uncommon for a truck of this year.) I took it to my local custom muffler shop to have the following installed from all brand new parts. It has all new exhaust manifold on drivers side, passenger side was in great shape. They cut the old exhaust off entirely and installed all new custom bent exhaust with a high flow cat and a 40 Series Flowmaster muffler. The tailpipe exited at the factory location for a clean and original look. The exhaust is quiet at an idle but sounds like a Mustang GT when you step on the pedal. While I had it in the shop; I had them install new spark plugs and plug wires and also change the oil. (I paid $650 total for exhaust, tune-up, oil change and will include receipt for exhaust warranty) Just recently ago I ordered and installed a brand new driveshaft and U-Joints ($235) as a preventative measure. The original driveshaft looked rough and was a little out of balance. Now with the new one installed--this thing rides super smooth and should last forever. The shop cut out all rusted area, sanded, filled with fiberglass, primed, and applied roll on bed liner for a great custom finish. Since the bedsides are totally fiberglass and now the rocker panels have been fiberglassed and sealed; this truck should last a long long time. *The rear bumper has a fair amount of rust. I intended on removing the factory one and installing a new tube bumper but I just never got around to it. I still step on the bumper all the time when entering and exiting bed. It is not mechanically weakened, it's just rusty on the bottom. *The drivers seat has a small clean tear in the fabric. I have always meant to sew it but I just never have. It doesn't affect the seat functionality at all. Terms of Sale I require a $500 non-refundable deposit within 48 hours of the end of auction via PayPal or overnight USPS money order.
