Vehicle Detail

I have owned this car for over seven years and never got around to restoring it. The car has not been registered in California since 1990. My intentions were to restore this car but obviously never got around to it, and now I need to downsize due to moving. I do not have the 428-CJ, C-6 transmission or driveshaft for the car. I took pictures of all four torque boxes, and front and rear floor boards. The quarter panels were replaced at sometime with 1969 Boss 302 style, without the side scoops. The auction also includes a half of another 1969 Mach 1. The quarter panels and side scoops on the 1969 Mach 1 back half car are in nice shape, along with the rear torque boxes. The car comes with the sport mirrors and hood hinges and springs. The nine inch rearend, front disc brakes, powerbooster and all glass are present in the car. The fastback headliner rods are still in place. The rust shown on the glove box is just surfuce rust. The body buck tag on the radiator/core support is present, along with the vin. plate on the dash and both vin. #'s stamped on the fender aprons. The door data plate is missing. For those who do not know, Marti Auto Works makes exact door data plates, that are licensed by Ford. The car comes with original dealer license plate frames and key chains. I have the standard and deluxe Marti build sheet, along with the Ford build sheet for the car. The fold down seat is present in the car. I have a picture on this listing of a restored winter blue 1969 Mach 1, it is a very nice example of what this car looked like when new. The picture of the car is only for reference and is not the car up for auction. The car does not come with anymore than what is in the pictures and what i have already listed. I do not have a title for the car. It will be sold with a bill of sale. This car is a project car, in which it is sold as-is/where-is, with no warranty or refunds, including deposit. I reserve the right to end the auction early, due to the car being for sale locally. Due to this car being a project car, needing rust repair and a full restoration, I recommend you asking any questions that I may not have covered in my listing and/or taking the time to come and look at the car before you bid. I will be happy to give you a hand or advice with the pick up of these vehicles. The 1969 Mach 1 back half car will fit in the back of a rental truck with the door shut or in the back of a full size pickup truck. Please, questions and comments for serious bidders only! Thank you for taking the time to look!On Aug-12-10 at 16:24:04 PDT, seller added the following information: Note: The grill is in great condition, along with the grill rings around the high beams. The grill is not broken or cracked. Also, because the deposit is only shown in the payment instructions and not at the top of the page with the full payment instructions, I want to give a friendly reminder that the deposit of $2,000 is due within 24 hours of auction ending, through Pay Pal. Thanks!
