The auction terms pertaining to payment, pickup, etc must be observed for this guarantee. This is a very clean 2004 Acura TL with 59,332 miles. This vehicle has been very well treated and maintained, and is in excellent condition. The vehicle history report is clean without any accidents or damage, and the title is clean and clear without any liens or encumbrances. We performed a safety inspection, as well as a maintenance service and road test on this Acura in preparation for sale. The 3.2L VTEC engine runs very strong and smoothly, and the transmission shifts very well. A complete matching set of Yokohama tires were installed by the owner and are showing most or their tread. The brake pads are all in excellent condition as well. All of the power equipment in this Acura is working, including the air conditioning. The suspension and steering feel nice and tight. This TL runs and drives very well, and there aren’t any service warning lights on. The Anthracite Metallic exterior of this TL is in excellent condition with nothing other than minor imperfections. The paint is nice and glossy over the entire body. There aren’t any dents, scratches or body rust other than a scrape on the plastic trim under the right doors. Some of the wheels have curb scratches. Both of the bumpers are in excellent condition without any marks or damage. The undercarriage is clean and in excellent condition. The interior has been very well maintained and is clean and in excellent condition. All of the leather seats are soft, supple and in excellent condition. The carpeting is clean and in excellent condition throughout this car. All of the trim panels and trim pieces are intact, tight and in terrific condition. REGISTRATION, TITLES & FEES: Out of state purchasers do not pay any Pennsylvania sales tax. A $60 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction, which will cover document fees and preparation, notarizations, and courier costs. Temporary Transit Tags are available through the state of PA for $40, which will provide valid registration for a period of 30 days. In order to obtain this tag, please provide proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own. Titles are available to the buyer immediately upon full irrevocable payment, which is performed by bank wire transfer, cash in person, or certified personal check. Otherwise, the title will be sent to you after your payments have cleared our bank. Occasionally, a title is still being processed by the state and we will issue free temporary registration until the title is received. All vehicles we sell on eBay are stored in a separate secured facility and we require that all vehicles be picked up within ten days of auction completion. Storage charges after ten days will be charged at $15/day for cars, and more for trucks and larger vehicles depending on size. We will try to exercise some flexibility to accommodate special requests regarding our terms, if they are placed before the auction ends.
