My friend has asked me to sell this for him. This is a 1990 Volkswagon GL Vanagon. It runs great. The mileage is around 120,000 on the body, but not on the engine. I believe that the engine was replace before 2000, and it should have much less than the odometer reading. This could be why there is a rebuilt title. The engine does run strong, and no known problems exist. The undercarriage of this van is in great shape, no rust, no rot, you can still see the red paint on the frame rails. Underneath is beautiful. There is no damage anywhere. The exterior is also rust free, no rust. There is damage on the corner of the rear driver's bumper. You will need another back bumper. The outside would need paint, as the Florida sun has faded the paint in places. All the glass is good except for a chip on the windshield, driver's side. All doors open and close fine. There is no indication of any major body damage. Body is in great shape. The tires are in good shape with plenty of tread left. The rims are the alloy type, in good shape except for one rim(which has a nick).The exhaust does have a leak, it is not that loud, but it would need to be repaired or replaced.The brakes are fine.The interior is clean for the most part, but remember that this is a 20 year old vehicle. There is wear on the ends of both the driver's and passenger's seat. I have factory seat covers that go with the van. The rear seats are fine. The headliner is in good condition. The carpet is stained in some spots, but a good cleaning should take care of that.The engine runs great, as it should, and the automatic transmission shifts fine, as it should. It starts right up. The a/c is connected but is not blowing cold air, possible freon required.All in all this is a nice vehicle, plenty of space for the family.
