Vehicle Detail

I've owned this '06 Acura RL for approximately 3 years. I am the 2nd titled owner. The vehicle has a Regular "Rebuilt" title due to an accident that occured prior to my purchasing it. I've included a picture of the actual title to show this. The right, frontal area of the vehicle was moderately damaged (airbags did not deploy) but successfully repaired by a professional body shop that specializes in rebuilding and reselling damaged vehicles. The vehicle was then inspected by the State of Georgia, deemed safe and acceptable and a "Rebuilt" title was issued. It is now titled in the state of Iowa and can be titled in any other state WITHOUT the need for further inspection or additional fees. The engine compartment nor frame were compromised and there is no obvious residual damage as a result of the accident. Everything on the vehicle functions properly. The vehicle had 16,000 miles on it when I purchased it. It now has approximately 51,000, so I've driven it for over 3 years and 35,000 miles without any mechanical issues whatsoever. Feel free to call me at 563-349-4669 if you wish to discuss further. Overall, the vehicle is in good overall condition, with only one defect that I feel needs disclosed. The lower, front right area of the fascia has been retouched by myself due to some paint being removed when my 14 year old daughter grazed a snowbank while learning to drive. It is unnoticable from a distance but is visible up close if you know to look for it. I included a photo. This vehicle offers an exceptional balance of refinement and driving excitement. The 3.5 liter V6 engine delivers an exhilarating and very responsivie 290-hp (approximate) yet delivers reasonable fuel economy. My admittedly lead-footed driving style still delivers approximately 18-mpg in the city and 26-mpg on the highway. I almost look forward to bad the midwest weather in the winter so I can put the Super-Handling AWD drive to use. I have both original key fobs and the Owners Manual. The interior is clean and the beige leather is in very good condition. There are no rips, tears or stretch marks in the leather. The vehicle has every option avaible in '06 except adaptive cruise control. Some of these features include: Navigation system SH-AWD with traction control Bluetooth connectivity Voice activation of controls and phone Moonroof Bose sound system with XM radio, 6-disc in-dash CD changer and IPOD/MP3 connection Adaptive front Xenon headlights Front and side impact airbags Heated front seats and mirrors with two driver memory settings Tilt / telescoping steering wheel with memory settings Dual-zone automatic climate control Homelink Keyless entry and ignition Automatic retractable rear window sun shade Manual rear seat window shades Steering wheel audio controls Newer Bridgestone tires (less than one year and 12K miles old) etc, etc, etc In all honesty, this vehicle is NOT perfect. However it is an exceptionally nice, luxurious vehicle for the reserve or Buy-It Now price! Bid with confidence. You will not be disappointed. A $200 REFUNDABLE deposit (refunded if buyer inspects the vehicle and opts not to purchase it) is required within 3 days of the auction ending or buy-it now, with the balance due upon delivery of the vehicle. . Buyer is responsible for pick-up or arranging delivery of the vehicle. On Aug-10-10 at 09:53:02 PDT, seller added the following information: NEW NOTES...... I uploaded pictures of engine compartment and photo of dashboard lights while the engine was running to show that there are no warning or other lights present. This was done upon request of a bidder. I installed a new battery in April. The plastic battery cover is not completely shut (that's what the yellow is that is showing) because I didn't cut the rubber carrying straps off of the top of the battery before installing it. The straps are too thick for all of the battery cover attachments to latch properly. The battery is much easier to get in and out with the straps on it, so I left them.
