1969 Triumph Trophy

I am selling my 1969 Triumph Trophy 250. I really like this bike, but I am overseas most of every year and never get a chance to ride it, because I have 2 others. This bike is a real nice condition Triumph. I would say overall, this bike is a strong 7 maybe even an 8. The paint is not a paint job, but original factory paint. There are some minor scratches, but nothing major. The only real visual problem is rust on the rims. I was planning on getting them chromed, but never got around to it. The chrome exhaust, headlight and handlebars are great and original, even the heat shield is there. The tires are fairly new with only about 300 miles on them. They are Dunlop Gold Seal tires from Japan. I added a Pazon electronic ignition and a chrome plated brass carb slide. If you have ever dealt with a Amal Carb, you know a brass slide works wonders. The odometer reads 5093, but its probably a few more than that. When i got it the speedo didn't work, but when I took the engine apart to clean it it looked brand new inside. The bike runs great, I just got back from overseas, and it started with just a few kicks. The bike is real fun to drive around town and has plenty of power. It has a clear north Carolina Title. I will not do the leg work to ship this bike, but if you arrange for it to be picked up I will make sure I am home for the shipping company. Feel free to ask questions, I really don't want to let this one go, but it is a shame to let it sit around and collect dust.
