You can buy this vehicle with confidence - I have a 100% satisfaction history for all eBay transactions and have sold a personal vehicle on eBay before. On Aug-07-10 at 10:44:24 PDT, seller added the following information: I've had a couple questions about a "minor accident report on left rear corner" so I will respond & post the response for everyone. On July 13, a 21-yr girl talking on her cell phone wasn't paying attention. She allowed her car to drift into the travel lane of a 4-lane divided road from a median cut-through as I passed by doing about 15 mph in traffic. When I say drift, she was probably doing about 3 mph. I felt a little nudge when I passed by her and we both pulled over. She had an old Liberty Jeep with one of those hard black vinyl bumpers. Looking at my bumper protector, the top was pulled out slightly & it had a black streak on it. We exchanged information, I notified her insurance company & they confirmed that their insured was at fault. Their adjuster came out, took a very quick look on her way to another appointment, snapped some pictures & wrote it up as needing a new bumper protector. That is probably where the report originated. I dropped the Camry off at my body shop & when I came back to pick it up, they said "no charge." Turns out, all they had to do was snap the top of the bumper protector back in place and remove the black streak with some cleaner. My bumper protector received no damage whatsoever nor was there any other damage. The adjuster just assumed that the bumper protector was damaged... but the body shop said all that happened was the transfer of a bit of black vinyl from her vehicle bumper, which was easily removed. So nothing was replaced, repaired or repainted. No airbags were deployed - as I said, I just felt a little nudge going by & that was it. I would not call an event with no damage to either vehicle an "accident" but if it comes up in a report, that is what happened. Apparently it comes up in AutoCheck but it didn't on CarFax when I checked it. Only other known issue (other than small nicks or dings that are too small to be picked up by a photo) is about a 2" crack on the passenger-side mirror molding on the low front facing side. Don't know how it happened - it was there when I bought the vehicle and pointed out to me. It is not very noticeable but I am having it fixed this weekend and will post pics when done.On Aug-08-10 at 07:52:07 PDT, seller added the following information: Although the crack in the bottom of the plastic molding of the passenger-side passenger mirror is barely noticeable, my attempt to fix it myself did not work so I will replace it prior to the end of the auction. It will not be an issue for the purchaser. On Aug-09-10 at 09:13:59 PDT, seller added the following information: I just checked with the Toyota Parts department at my local dealer. The cost to replace the whole passenger side mirror assembly - brand new factory exact replacement (heated electric mirror) was $210. Part number was 87910-33670-B0. I decided to go ahead and order it. It will be in tomorrow morning at 10 am and I will have it installed by noontime. If eBay allows me to post additional pictures less than 24 hours before end of auction, I will do that. If not, send a message to me and I'll email a couple photos of the installed mirror.
