1994 BMW 540IA Black with black leather. 244,000 miles with dealer replacement engine at 106,000 and trans at 190,000. I purchased this car at 140,000 miles and can say without hesitation that its the best car I have ever owned. All paperwork for warrantee engine replacement is available. The only real trouble I ever had was with the trans which I replaced at 190,000 miles. I installed 16 inch 7 series wheels. The body is very good but has the usual rock chips and some rust starting in the lower doors which i tried to show in the pictures. The windshield has a crack although it does not effect your veiw as i have lived with it for 4 years. I also took pics of the stone chips in the headlamp glass which do not effect their operation. The car has never been wrecked or painted and shows very well for a 1994. The interior is excellent ans shows minimal wear. There is a alpine stereo with CD player, Tires are around 2 yrs old and could probably use a balance now that the car has been sitting a while. I am regretably selling this car because a friend gave me a deal on a 2000 540I that I couldent pass up. I have always maintained the car with 3000 mile oil changes and last month replaced the plugsand serpentine belts. All in all its agreat road car with strong trouble free drivetrain. I will also mention that once in a while I get an abs light but never botherd with it since it was not a big deal. The brakes function as they should even when the light comes on.
