This current (second) generation 2008 Cadillac Escalade EXT was introduced in 2007. It is equipped with E85 fuel compatibility, newly standard navigation (with real-time traffic) and other features such as a side blind-spot alert system, satellite radio, Bluetooth connectivity, adaptive dampers, 22-inch wheels, and power adjustable foot pedals to name a few. This Cadillac has Active Fuel Management for it's 6.2 liter effectual V8 engine. The latter technology equipped improves fuel mileage by 1 mpg compared to the earlier model years by shutting down up to four cylinders under light demand conditions.
