North Carolina Car & not subjected to snow, ice, and highway salt like many Northern States & Mountain area Vehicles. *We are the second owner of this 2002 Honda CR-V. It was purchased used at the local New Bern, NC Honda Dealership. The previous North Carolina owner was a non smoker and so are we, therefore no smoke smells exist. The oil was/is changed every 3,000 miles since ownership. All repairs were performed by the local Honda Dealership (copies of documentation to verify are included). The interior is clean and free from tears or fading. The power sunroof operates perfectly. We installed a brand new set of Michelin Tires this year (2010). The "real time 4wd" offers peace of mind while driving in inclimate weather. The exterior looks very good but does have minor scratches with exception of a scratch over the gas cap and a pea size ding on the top right front quarter panel (see pictures). All weather Honda rubber floor mats installed for front, rear and trunk area. The front bucket seats are very comfortable and adjust easily. The rear passenger area seats also slide forward and backwards, as well as recline for comfort on those long trips. The cargo area in the trunk area has a retractable security cover to keep prying eyes off of your purchases when the car is unoccupied. The rear seating folds in half or completely and makes ample storage area. There are 2 sets of Keyless entry fobs with panic alarm and trunk release buttons. The center tray between the front bucket seats can be disabled if desired. Fuel mileage or MPG's are always based on the operators driving style, we averaged 18 MPG in the city and 22-24 MPG's on the highway. The owners manual is also included. This is a very dependable vehicle and the engine runs smoothly. Our family's needs have changed and we are forced to sell our Honda. The winning bidder will be very pleased with our Honda. There are NO hidden problems or defects, just a very well maintained Honda CR-V. The NC State Inspection is current. The title is in the possession of our local Credit Union (bank).
