1956 completely custom Ford Fairlane !! Here's your next winner take all show car that only needs a couple of minor things to take her to the next show. Here is what i think she needs, the bumpers rechromed, or painted, and the chrome side pipes replaced. For probably under a $1000.00 she's done, under the circumstances i can't afford to finish her and need to sell her, so here is an awesome car, with a lot of unique personality that i hope someone can appreciate as much as i do.Well enough about what she needs,here is what shes got.The engine is a 1972 Thunderbird 351 Windsor pushin a c4 tranny.It has a Edelbrock intake manifold and 4 bbl carb with Comp Cam cams and lifter set up all gear driven.Edelbrock fuel pump, electronic ignition, electric engine fan,recently new alternator, Optima battery,water pump, oil pump all in the last six months. 15 x 7 Keystone mag wheels, dual exhaust. Here is whats in the custom body work,the side pipes molded into the body,and recessed into the rockers,the rear quarters have been extended with scoops cut into the sides and custom fins.At the tail there are six 1959 Cadillac tailights recessed into the custom rear body panel,the trunk has been pancaked and operated by an electric motor,the license plate holder and gas filler was removed aind placed inside the trunk. Out front the hood emblem was removed and a scoop made in its place, the good was also pancaked and the corners rounded and the nose has been custom fitted with a pair of 1962 Chrysler Newport dual slanted headlights, and a billet grill finishes the front. The door handles are shaved and operate by electric solenoids.All new glass all the way around. The interior is red velour tuck and roll, with custom made console that runs from the custom rear seats to the front to the custom dash, that contains VDO Heritage Gold gauges. The exterior is 2001 Cadillac white diamond pearl, and black with purple mist in it. I had bought this from a guy in California about 5 years ago, there is only the normal surface rust on the undercarriage, no rot anywhere,and no body filler,all body is solid !! Here is a very sweet car that is a dream to drive and show off, the reserve is very low, and it is lower than the buy it now price, so Happy bidding !!
