Vehicle Detail

For sale is my 2006 Triumph Speed Triple, 11774 miles, in outstanding condition. Bike has always been garaged and covered and washed, waxed and detailed regularly. Friends always commented how perfect bike looked! Bike met all three initial dealer service intervals. No expense was ever spared. I have owned 3 Triumphs, and by far this was the best engineered, best balanced Triumph ever. Light and nimble, with a bullet proof, torquey inline 3 cylinder, no wonder this bike took so many Bike of the Year honors! Even better, I have invested another $4K in subtle performance upgrades for the bike. Most noticeable is the factory authorized Arrow Moto GP full exhaust system, worth over $1400. I have not seen this exhaust on any of the other bikes currently for sale on Ebay. What a improvement over stock! Almost 16 pounds comes off the bike with a much lower center of gravity, and instantly transforms the bike into a throaty, torquey beast! Other mods include CRG lane splitter folding bar end mirrors, Rizoma Zero front turn indicators and two Rizoma anodized brake fluid reservoirs, MotoFab fender Eliminator kit and Custom LED taillight, and GSG frame sliders. Triumph add-on's include: flyscreen kit, seat cowl, belly pan kit, carbon tank protector, leatherette tank saddle and tank bag, radiator cowl kit, axle nut cover. Rear sets have been powdercoated black as clear coat in known to wear on stock sets. The bike has the correct K&N air filter replacement over stock. Bike comes, of course, with all weather cover and a front rotor lock. Lastly, bike comes with Tuneboy, a $500 fuel and performance mapping software kit, better than a Power Commander for this bike, as it downloads straight into bike's ECU. Infinite numbers of adjustments can be made to low end, mid-range and top end. I spent over $400 on dyno testing one day only and while unfamiliar with the software, instantly found more torque and horsepower. As a point of disclosing fully about this bike, I had never been down on a bike in 28 years of riding (fortunately!) Until April when I was forced off the road at a low speed by a driver illegally passing on a CORNER! completely in my lane. I aimed for a driveway, went driveway to grass to another driveway, went down and bike ended up in grass. I had braked down to less than 20MPH before the bike (and I) went down, and right frame slider did it's job. Only real damage was the radiator got bent. Took the motorcycle to my dealer, Atlantic Ducati Triumph of Pompano Beach, FL. Charlie the Service Mgr. is a friend, checked out the bike FULLY for me, and only needed to replace radiator (over $600.) Turn indicator worked, but stem broke- we replaced with extra threadset I had. The ONLY visible signs of the incident 1) the right side engine covers have 3 small scuffs (and can easily be repainted, if desired) and 2) the lower half of the right side frame slider is shaved. That's it! Even the dealership said they have never seen so little damage to a bike that was moving when it went down. Please don't let this discourage you in any way. Bikes are designed to be able to go down. This bike has been checked, and again is back to (near) perfection. I am crushed to have to sell this bike I have put so much into and enjoyed so much. However, I must. Kelley Blue Book retail value is $6105. My Buy-It-Now is $1000 less and my reserve just a bit lower. And, let's not forget about ALL those goodies that come with the bike I am giving away at essentially NO CHARGE! The bike is all it is suppose to be and it is priced right for someone to enjoy while saving thousands$$$! Email me through Ebay with any questions or concerns, I will be happy to answer you back. Two other quick things: all stock parts are yours if you want them (exhaust system, mirrors, taillight assembly, etc.) and, second, while shipping/pickup is the sole responsibility of the buyer, I will assist any way I can. And delivery within say, 200 miles, may be negotiated for a small additional charge (mostly for gas) if you require it. Thanks for looking!
