Thanks Jeremy - 720-987-8772 On Jul-25-10 at 09:56:04 PDT, seller added the following information: Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 I originally put a reserve of $4900 on the ad but after listing my Arctic Cat as well with no reserve and it going quite high in the first few hours I decided to take my chances and pull off the reserve of the Honda ATV unfortunately since the auction had bids on it eBay would only allow me to lower the reserve. The easiest way to remove the reserve was to basically make it low enough that the next high bidder would hit it. Anyways with that said I have had 4 people locally come out and look at this 420 and my black 420 that is a 08. If it was not for Saturday and banks being closed yesterday either both or one would have sold. With that said I am sure that they will be gone by Friday. Just to give you an idea in this past April I had two green 2007 420 4x4 except it was a foot shift and had no gauge cluster they were base models. Anyways I sold both of them for $4500 so I know what I am selling now will easily sell for that amount especially because all the dealers in Denver with used 420’s are selling them for $5200 + taxes and fees. The 2007 Yellow 420 with the nice tires and wheels will go for $4900 which is a steal considering those tires and wheels cost over $800. The black Honda 420 I am selling is identical except it does not have the wheel and tire pkg. and it is a 2008 I will let it go for $4500. On another note if you can find a 1990 Honda ATV 4x4 regardless of engine size for under $2000 take it because its unheard of. The simple rule I follow when looking to buy a Honda 4x4 ATV is this: 300cc 4x4 $2200-2600 350cc 4x4 $3200-$3500 400cc 4x4 Around $4000 420cc Fuel Injected 4x4 (the rest listed above are all carburetors which still get the job done with ease but you will pay more for the EFI models) range from $4300-$5500 500cc and bigger will easily sell for $5000 + These prices are what I have found are average in the Rocky Mountain Regions - I know that there are some killer deals on eBay on ATVs but typically they are all in the south where they have been used for mud bogging, in the Midwest to east coast where the mag. chloride has ate every metal piece up or used on the beach where the sand and Salt water do a complete number on the brakes, wheel bearings, and axles shafts. I have been riding for over 20 years and it is in my honest experience that typically when you buy an ATV from the Colorado or other close areas they are free of rust, never used for much more then trail riding which is what they are designed for, have not been altered with ridiculous lift kits, snorkels, or other added aftermarket crap.
