It is a rare treat that such a nice, overall excellent condition SUV trades in on the purchase of a new car. The previous owner obviously took excellent care of this beautiful SUV as it is near flawless. It shows far less wear than I would normally expect for a sport utility vehicle. This Xterra just looks great. Nissan really put a lot of sport, function, and form into the overall look of this SUV. It has a true rugged appeal that just looks great. The exterior Silver Ice Clearcoat Color with tasteful Black accents is, in my opinion, the best combination on theses SUVS. The Silver is shiny and looks great, but also hides dirt very well if a carwash goes a few days overdue. The other great thing I love about the Nissan Xterra is it’s wide range of appeal. This SUV has not been labeled, it is not a kids truck, it is not a mommie soccer car, this SUV is great for any driver who wants a Great Looking, Great Driving SUV! With a more comfortable suspension package for a smoother ride, No Wind Noise like in a convertible, and More Creature Comfort Upgrades in an SUV, this Xterra will serve you for many years to come. The exterior is a Bright Silver Ice Clearcoat that is Shiny and Glossy. The outside of the Jeep Liberty Looks Cool! Special Roof Rack, Tubular Style Step Bars, Large Round Headlights with Customized Front Grill, the Factory Produced Xterra comes from the factory as a real Real Head Turner! The outside of this Xterra is a Beautiful Combination of Silver and Black. The body color of silver is nicely complimented with black accents. The roof rack is a cool combination of silver and black with Xterra written on each side. There are nicely Tinted Windows that set off the look and compliment the door handles and interior color. Black accents continue with the mud flaps and exterior side view mirrors. The front grille is a combination of black and silver. I really like the silver bar that crosses the grille, it simulates the look of a brush guard without adding any bulk to the front of the SUV. The Front Bumper is Black and houses the front Fog Lights. For any states that require, this Xterra does have a front license plate holder. This Xterra has factory black tubular style running boards. These help front and rear seat passengers when getting in and out of the SUV. There are non skid padded areas for each of the four doors. These running boards look great and add function and comfort. The one thing I notice about these running boards is that they are perfectly positioned so as not to get in the way. I have found on other vehicles over the years that running boards can be awkward and I will often hit my legs on them, but not with this Xterra. When after a days of shopping and being tired and loaded down with bags, these running boards never get in the way. This is not the kind of thing you would ever notice or appreciate until you have bruised your leg a bunch of times in the past. Black Accents Continue down each side of this SUV. There are Black Dual Accent Pin Stripe. Also, you will find that each wheel well has a modest Black Trim, just enough to add a little appeal without being too much. The Front and Rear Bumpers are Black, too. Exterior Upgrades Continue with the Dark Tinted Windows. Protecting Passengers, Items, and the Interior Itself, the Tint also looks Fantastic. I love these dark tinted windows, and so does my nephew. The dark tint keeps him happier and quieter. With the recent extreme heat, the tint helps to keep the car a little cooler inside, too. This Xterra is riding on a set of Factory Upgraded 16” Alloy Wheels that look Great! I did not notice any significant wear or curb damage. There are a set of Michelin P265 70R 15 tires on this Nissan that just passed VA State Safety Inspection. I would not call these tires brand new, but they should serve you for several years of driving safety. You will notice that this Nissan Xterra does not come equipped with a Factory Tow Package. I consider this a plus on a SUV like this one. You don't have to worry about any stress on this Xterra from towing oversized loads. The Rear Bumper of this Xterra is Black, adding to the silver and black combination. I really like the depth and height of the bumper, it makes the truck look bigger than it is and a little more Rugged. The bumper has non skid texture on it making climbing in and out safer when necessary. The Rear Hatch is opened in one piece, making it easier to load and unload because you can stand next to the cargo area. You will also find that the rear window has defrost and its own wiper. Even with the rear seat upright there is plenty of room for cargo. She gets loads of groceries and wal-mart purchases behind the rear seat. You will find this SUV to be in overall Excellent condition. The overall stance, color, and add ons make for a fantastic SUV! The only issues I can find to mention on this Xterra are: one scratch on the driver’s door, a few inches long, that will likely buff out, we have not tried, and the rear bumper on the passenger side has a broken clip so it does not sit totally flush. This is not a big issue, does not flap, does not cause wind noise, and is not even noticeable until you are standing right next to the SUV. Both of these are such minor cosmetic issues that we opted not to repair to keep the price down for you. I would consider this SUV in Excellent Condition even with these two very minor flaws. Otherwise, there are not dents or dings to mention. The carfax is clean and clear and there are no indications of paint or body work. Interior: The Interior of this SUV is also in Excellent to Very Good Condition. Again, I do not find any obvious flaws. The Inside of this Xterra is a nice combination of Gray and Black, complimenting the exterior. You will find Gray Upgraded Sport Cloth Seats. The seats have a sport pattern on the insert of each seat panel with matching patterned cloth panels on each door, too. The Interior panels and accents are all black and gray. This Dark Interior Color combined with the Tinted Windows make for a cool and comfortable ride. I do not even need sunglasses when riding around town. The seats are upholstered in a two tone gray sport cloth. The edges of the seating surfaces are solid gray, and the center panels have a light pattern. This is just a little extra touch of class. The same patterned fabric is on each door, too. The soft fabric accenting each door looks great and adds comfort. The front seats are individual captain style and are super comfortable. The seats are large, with high backs and large seat cushions that are super comfortable. The rear seat is a bench and this Xterra seats 5 passengers very comfortably. There are 5 passenger entry handles, one for each door and two for the front passenger side. There are front height adjustable headrests and should belts. The second row seat is a 50/50 split bench with removable lower cushions. This is super convenient and maximizes interior cargo space. You can flip down either side of this rear seat separately. To may the back of the seats sit totally flush, you can take out the lower seat cushion. They will store easily behind the front seats or you can take them out of the SUV completely. They are super easy to take in and out of the vehicle. Driver’s comfort is increased with a Tilt Steering Wheel. Overhead, there is a computer in the rear view mirror. A digital display will show the outside temperature and direction traveling. There are front reading lights overhead near the rear view mirror, too. There is also an overhead light for the second row passengers, too. As an XE model you will find this SUV to be Loaded Up with Tons of Options! Seriously, this Xterra is Awesome and Super Comfortable! From Front to Back, Top to Bottom, Luxury Surrounds! The interior is a combination of Black and Gray. You will find soft Gray seats, matching carpets and floor mats, all in near perfect condition. All the seats and carpets are in perfect condition. You will not find any rips, no holes, no tears, no burns, no significant imperfections anywhere inside this SUV. I am highly allergic to cigarette smoke and do not notice any lingering smoke smells at all. While I do not personally know the previous owner, I would say this is a non-smoking vehicle. The Luxury inside of this Xterra Continues with All Power Options! There are the obvious: Power Windows (with 1 touch auto driver side), Power Locks, Keyless Entry with Fob, Power Exterior Door Mirrors and more. There is Cruise Control with Steering Wheel Controls. The Front Dash has an AC Power Source, Radio Head Unit, and Cold AC. It has been over 100 degrees everyday here recently, so I can confirm that the AC is cold and comfortable. We had it checked and serviced when we first got this car in our inventory because of the extreme heat recently. The inside of this Xterra has 4 AC power sources. This is great for multitasking, charging several items at once, or for having he exact item where you need it. There is 1 on the front dash, 1 inside the center console, 1 on the back of the center console, and 1 in the rear cargo area. You can see in the pictures that the inside of this SUV is near flawless. All writing on all interior knobs is in perfect condition, it is all bright white and easy to read. The seats and interior are in amazingly good condition. The seats are free from any rips, holes, or burn marks. Entertainment System:The Audio system in this Xterra is a Premium System. Included are: In Dash CD and AM FM Radio. The radio sounds great! This Nissan has Keyless Entry, Power Windows (with child lock safety) and auto 1 touch power, Power Door Locks (with child safety rear door locks), Power Side View Mirrors, and Cruise Control. The Front Console has storage galore. There are 2 Cup Holders. The Center Armrest has two separate storage compartments and an AC Power Source. There is a Large Glove Box. The Glove box includes the original owner's manual and original window sticker. Each front door has dual, integrated storage pockets. One is large and deep, the second one is slightly smaller, perfect for pens. Each back door also has another storage bin in each door. There is a rear seatback storage pocket on the back of the passenger seat. There is another AC power source on the back of the center console, making 3 total in this SUV.There are 4 total clothing hooks in this SUV, one at each rear door and two more in the rear cargo area. Cargo Area:The cargo area is carpeted and has hooks for securing items. There is an aftermarket pet screen to separate your four legged friends from any passengers. The Rear Cargo Area is Super Convenient! The Rear is a Full Lift. This means you can, with one hand, lift the entire hatch up. This makes loading and unloading cargo so easy as you don't have to reach over a tailgate, you get to stand right next to the bumper. The Cargo area Features: Rear Carpet,, additional AC power source, Aftermarket Pet Guard and More! The Pet Guard is mounted into the SUV but could be easily removed. Even with the pet guard, this suv does not smell bad on the inside so I don’t think pets were in this suv much. A lot of people use these guards for cargo, occasionally pet transfer, or just install them for looks. The Rear Window has a wiper and defrost. The spare tire is recess mounted under the back of this SUV. Under mounting the spare tire saves room and does not take up any space inside the Xterra. Overall the Interior of this SUV is in Great Condition. Years of careful adult driving show on the inside of this Xterra. Under the Hood: This Super Powerful and Practical 200 horsepower, 3.3 Liter 6 Cylinder engine generates 200 pounds-feet of torque. This SUV never wants for power and won't let you down. This teams with a manual transmission, for great gas mileage. 4 Wheel Drive - This Nissan Xterra features 4x4. With automatic locking hubs, you can drive this Nissan in 2wd for daily driving or you can easily lock it in 4x4, simply using the shifter conveniently with your right hands. Driving Impressions: Around town, on the highway, This Nissan Performs Flawlessly! The brakes are solid with no pulsating, the alignment is straight and true. The clutch feel new and perfect. It engages low, and the tension feels firm but not hard. I would say this clutch is very new and should last for many, many years to come. The transmission shifts smoothly and the engine feels strong. We have been very amazed at how clean and fun to drive this SUV has been! I would absolutely recommend this SUV for any friend or family member. The VA State Safety Inspection is valid until 7-2011. On a personal note, I feel that I need to comment on the overall ease of driving this SUV. The clutch is so easy to use, the shift pattern is easy, the shifter is comfortable to reach and it is smooth. I have to say that this 5 speed is easier than most cars I drive.
