1949 Chevrolet Pick-Up.....3/4 ton.....full size bed. I bought this truck in 1997 andit was used on a regular basis by the owner. I used the truck for two years and then replaced the original engine which was "blown" and had a 69....230....6 cylinder chevy engine installed. I had the radiator recored....all new brake lines and fuel lines installed....new starter and alternator and also had the wheel and master cylinder rebuilt.....the muffler and tailpipe have also been replaced. THIS IS NOT A SHOW TRUCK....IT WAS BRUSH PAINTED WHEN I BOUGHT IT AND IT HAS BEEN BRUSH PAINTED WITH OIL BASED RUSTOLEUM PAINT...BUT THIS TRUCK RUNS STRONG AND HAS A GREAT LOOK. THE SEAT COVER IS RED AND HAS NO RIPS OR TEARS...THE HUB CAPS ARE NEW OLD STOCK....I HAVE THE NEW CARDBOARD HEADLINERS...NEW DASHBOARD COMPARTMENT PARTS INCLUDING NEW LOCKING MECHANISM.
