1967 Ford Mustang Up for auction is my very clean and very reliable 1967 Ford Mustang convertible. It’s a California Car in great shape and ready for the summer. Needs nothing but a new home. Clear title in hand ready to be transferred to the new owner. Drive train: Original 200ci inline 6 w/ one barrel carb and 3 speed transmission. The previous owned had it rebuilt about 4 years ago and has less than 30k miles on it. It runs excellent with absolutely no mechanical problems and it’s great on gas since it’s a 1v carb. It can be sitting for weeks and still start up on first crank. Brand new radiator, sarter solinoid, alternator, and a few other parts. Would make a great daily driver. Paint, Body & Interior: The body is very straight and everything lines up very nice. Car was painted about 3 years ago and as you can see in the pics it still looks great. I had it professionally buffed about 4 months ago and the paint is still very smooth. Car has all original sheet metal. Doors, trunk, and hood line up great and open and close perfect. The interior was all replaced this year, I paid $900 for the seat upholstery alone. Has new carpet, door panels (w/ extra set included), gauge cluster, dash trim, mats, ect.. All the electrical on the car works perfect including the radio, turn signals, gauges, headlights, heater, wipers, interior lights, and brake lights.. The top was also redone this year. By the way, it is a manual top and is very simple to put up or down with only one person. Car has all original chrome including bumpers as you can se from the pics. The rear bumper still has the factory bend that lines up with the body unlike new repro 67 bumpers that are straight. Suspension: Car has brand new chrome wheels and tires with less than 1000 miles on them. It has most of the original suspension components with a few bushing and shocks replaced. Car drives and handles great at all speeds with no squeaks or rattles. Drum brakes all around but stops very good. This is a great summer classic that won’t kill you on gas. It’s ready to be enjoyed as is, turn heads, and get compliments wherever you go! As all other classic cars it’s being sold in “AS IS” condition with no warranty implied or expressed with this sale.
