It is ready to go, fresh oil change, coolant flush, chain, rectifier, stator, and I did the valve clearance check early. It comes with all the factory stuff, and included are the Heli-bars, Givi top case, Bagster tank cover, and Bagster tank bag. The exhaust has been de-baffled for a better resonance. The tires easily have 5000 miles left on them. The bike was well taken care of, it was sold new in 2007 after being left in a warehouse. I'm the second owner and I did ever so gently set it on it's side after being pushed off the road, the damage (hardly noticeable at 5 feet) can be seen in the photos. The fairings are not cracked at all, the front fender has one though. Mechanically, the bike is awesome, cosmetically, she is in good shape as well.
