1955 Pontiac Chieftain Deluxe 4 door station wagon model 870 287 V8 hydramatic transmission this car has the optional 200HP 4 bbl engine (Rochester carburetor) and power steering. This car was refurbished 2 years ago which include a bare metal respray with the correct factory color of castle grey (lower) and falcon grey (upper) the interior and wheel are Carteret red. New factory exhaust new brakes , new carpet , new door panels and misclanious door seals. .the car runs and drives fine , all the lights and turn signals work fine, the vacum wipers work, the gas gauge is erractic , the radio does not work. The glass is original and the front windshield is starting to delaminate at the bottom the tires are radials and are in good condition but not new.The car is driven sparingly around town at car shows and such,. It will require more work to be complety restored but could be use as is. I will be happy to answer any further question by email. Happy bidding.
