Here is your chance to own a fine peice of automotive history. A very nice example of the 1958 Edsel, this is the Ranger model, a two door hard top with only 150,000 original miles, drive it anywhere, has been driven to Laughlin Nevada 3 times and up to Oregon last year. Car is a daily driver and has had a recent transmission rebuild, Valve job, New radiator / thermostat, New correct size battery, New hoses, New front brakes, New u-joints, Dual exhaust, rebuilt autolite carb and a new dual stage fuel pump. Paint was done about 2 years ago in it's original color of ember red and a silver scallop was added to accent the details of the cars beautiful body lines, and has a few chips and minor scrathches, Heater is the only thing that's currently not working, hell it's summer you don't need it.....Has a radio delete plate, Factory hooded mirror, Spinner wheel covers, all the glass is nice and new rubber was used to reinstall the front and rear windows after it was painted, Has the tele touch push button transmission in the center of the steering wheel and it works perfect, I had it cleaned and adjusted when the transmission was rebuilt....the interior and head liner are tired and will need attention soon but has a new correct type black carpet already installed, dash has been signed by Jim Arnold, he was one of the designers from the Edsel division, as you can see in the pic it has era correct front seat belts, car is being sold due to a lay off..
