1960 Triumph TR3 nicely restored two years ago from the ground up. Engine, transmission and rear-end did not need to be rebuilt and runs fine and drives well. Car was showing 13835 miles when I began restoration, but I have no way to prove the exact mileage of this car. All gauges in the car are original and were not restored and odometer was not changed. At this time the car has 14431 miles showing. New or reconditioned the following mechanical parts: New Brakes, brake lines, New Front wheel bearings. New front end bushing kit New clutch, throw out bearing and pressure plate New exhaust New tires Rebuilt SU carbs New Spin on oil filter adapter New Gear reduction starter 12 volt conversion with new alternator New oil pump New fuel pump New paint New interior Restored steering wheel New stainless bead molding New chrome bumpers New windshield New top This car is sure to please and while it’s not a concourse condition TR-3 it is a great car to show or drive anywhere. If this car remains in Oregon it will have original wonderland plates that have stayed with the car from the start. This car had been parked in the central Oregon desert we believe since about 1968 and was not driven again until 2009 when the car was finished.
