An antique in most states (25 years old) Southern car with no rust and very well cared for. I’m the third owner. The previous owner bought this car in 94 and kept and maintained it well for 12 years until my purchase in Oct 2006. The car drives and runs very well and had no issues passing Georgia emissions. I have been using this car as my daily driver for almost four years and recently made a trip to St. Petersburg, FL and back with no issues, (About 1200 miles) You can drive this car with confidence. Listed are just a few of the many items this car has to offer. Mazda factory engine was installed by Mazda dealer @ 147,820 miles. A new clutch and pressure plate along with new Monza exhaust pipe and muffler were also done. This means an engine with only @ 34,000 miles. I purchased the car @ 157,660. Alternator replaced @ 178,721 miles. New K&N air filter installed 10/1/06. Mazda dealer full circle inspection @ 10/23/06. Both front struts replaced 10/23/06 along with idler arm bushings and steering box adjustment. Previous owner had done new Tokico shocks on the rear. Four wheel alignment on the same date. Generation 2 oil cooler with hoses installed as upgrade. New gas hatch struts and Magnecor 8.5mm ignition wires 11/06. New distributor cap and rotor @ 1/19/07. Turn signal canceling switch @ 2/16/07. New NGK spark plugs @ 171,000. New A/C Compressor/fan clutch/filter drier installed June 2009 and upgraded R134 refrigerant. Air works great. New clutch master cylinder @ 9/19/07. Radiator leak in April 2010 so out came the unit for full cleaning/repair. No overheating issues this spring. The car currently wears its original SE Alloy wheels in good condition with good rubber (about 30%) The optional glass moon roof comes along with the steel top in the original factory pouch. The car has a 6 speaker Pioneer Premier sound system with a 12 disc changer mounted in the storage bin behind the driver seat. Sounds great and includes a remote now stored in the console. Pioneer manual included along with a Haynes repair manual and the factory owner’s manual. A minor fender bender had left a small dent in the upper left fender. The fender was removed and hammered out so next to zero filler was used. Fender and front facia(facia due to bug and stone chips) were repainted to match. There is some color variation depending on the sun angle. Cruise is not working and believed to be the steering column switch. A replacement should fix the issue. I have some extra switches and misc. components that will go with the car. Rear window wiper is not wired in and most remove it to clean up the looks. The seats are brown leather and the driver’s seat has some open cracks in the left bottom seat pad and has been restitched along the left seam. Car is located in the Atlanta, GA area and transportation is not included. Even with all the newer parts on this car it is 25 years old so sale is “AS IS”.
