I painted this car 2 years ago to the custom blue. BUYER is responsible for getting the title color changed to blue. All states are different in there rates for changing the color. Buyer must take this into consideration when bidding on this vehicle. If the most you will spend is for example 20,000 lets say, and the state of New York charges 300.00 for color change on title, then take that into consideration when bidding (like making your max bid 19,700 to cover the title change). Also, not all 3 keys provided will open the doors. ONLY the BLACK KEY will open the doors. The other 2 keys will work for the ignition. I recommend using the alarm remote to LOCK/UNLOCK the doors. Use the BLACK key as a spare if you lock yourself out. The remainder 2 GRAY KEYS WILL START THE CAR.
