1974 PLYMOUTH ROADRUNNER (RESTORATION IN PROGRESS AND NEEDS FINISHING) TITLE SHOWS ROADRUNNER (but orig. build plate is missing) ebay member informed me that this is a satellite seabring plus based on the trim , color of grill and door panels...would be fair to call this a roadrunner clone instead. The parts that i have to help this be a clone is the hood with scoops, horn, dash trim with roadrunner. MOTOR 318 new items on motor include: edelbrock intake, edelbrock 1405 4bbl carb, chrom accell coil, edelbrock chrome air cleaner, chrome water neck and all hoses /clamps, oversized alum. radiator , alum. trans. cooler, chrome cash mopar valve covers, elec. fuel pump w/chrome fuel filter. new battery cables with new battery relocted to trunk, new plastic race fuel cell. The motor is running on full length open headers. I have the exhaust with mufflers that go with the car. The engine bay has already beeen painted sublime green. BAD PARTS: a/c and heat components missing and wiring needs to be sorted( it is currently temp. wired to run) all harness is there, just needs to be hooked up . INTERIOR has decent seats (pass. side has seam coming apart) fronts and rears are very useable , has slapstick console with 1969 auto. shifter in floor. wood grain trim and nice door panels still on doors. Plastic panels are still on the car along with the rear seat belts . All glass is good and chrome trim included. BAD PARTS: dash pad is cracked , headliner and carpet missing as well as oem radio, steering column still has the notch for auto. shift lever. Seat lap belts are there but shoulder belts have been cut from retractors. EXTERIOR body panels are for the most part straight, has weld fill where the trim was removed from the fenders and doors and the holes welded up..this is what the small surface rust spots are in the pix. Also has some repair areas in the rear qtrs. ( shown in pix) only other rust spots are a small quarter size hole in the drivers floor and a small strip size of a pencil in the rear trunk by the pass. seam, all the body panels are pretty straight and comes with a nasa scoop style hood. there is no major denting from wrecks or abuse. .. the undercarriage is obviously from a time before undercoating but there are no holes in the frame or subframes or suspension , only surface rust covering these areas, previous owner had added an aftermarket spoiler to trunk lid, bumpers are not dented or rusted ,but should be rechromed or painted. Currently has 14" crager ss wheels with bfg tires . All tires hold air . OVERALL car is really solid car with a really good runnning motor, car is pretty complete with the exceptions to what i listed above.. this car is a good candidate to finish restoration on . I have many extra parts that come with the car along with the orig. intake , carb, rear view mirror, new trunk lock and key, orig. ignition and door keys, new shifter button, oem driver and pass. side outer mirrors w/ remote toggle, sunvisors, beep beep horn, new hood pins, new headlights, trunk spoiler. Odometer shows 25,513 but i am sure this has rolled at least once over. Buyer should bring a trailer to tow the car , i can assist with loading if needed.
