Offered for your consideration is my 1967 Dodge Powerwagon. The last year of civilian production was 1968. This is the series "3" model and very few were produced during this time frame. I imagine this was due to military production for the Vietnam war effort. I have owned this vehicle longer than I can remember and it was originally purchased by a provincial government department and had very little use when I purchased it. Over a period of 10 years on and off as time would allow I did a frame off restoration. I am not sure if this was not a matter of love or madness!! Needed parts were provided from Vintage Power Wagons in Iowa and they were more than helpful in the restoration process. The body is solid and straight and the Interior cab and seats have been redone. The engine was dusty when the photo was taken has been freshly painted. The top end of the engine was gone through and works like a champ. All the mechanical components work perfectly. An NOS exhaust system has been fitted. New non-directional tires have been installed. I had been saving some rare Bird's eye Maple for over 20 years and decided to mill to 3/4" thickness and had it treated to 7 coats of UV stain to protect it from the sun on top and bottom then installed in the box bottom. This is a very honest truck and the milage is original. The odometer is in miles. There are a few small items that are to be done such as the armrest put on and this will be done prior to pickup or delivery. These are an expensive vehicle to restore properly. However once done they are pretty much trouble free, I believe the expression is bullet proof. My age has a factor in offering this for sale and I want to see it go to a good home. Will deliver to a U.S. border point here in Southern Ontario for pickup at no charge or we have excellent ,reliable, reasonable folks in the trucking business that I have known for years and I can transport to their shipping depot. There is a customs broker who works with the trucking company and they can look after the paper work, again very reasonable. Title is in perfect order and Import to the U.S. is trouble free as this vehicle is of U.S. origin and would be returning home. This vehicle is listed to sell with no reserve.
