1965 Mustang Coupe. This is a california car. I purchased it from an old gent in California (sat in his garage for about 23 years) and have subsequently moved to Florida. The car is registered as an antique vehicle in the state of Florida with no liens. Title is free and clear. I have the title with me. I have enclosed trailered the car now to my summer residence in Alton New Hampshire. Has 82,800 original miles. Engine runs strong and does not smoke or burn any oil at all. I would drive this car cross country and feel comfortable with its reliability. I have personally put about 2000 miles on it in the last 3 years and it has never let me down or broken down. I have installed new chromed intake manifold with Holly 4 barell carb within the last 3 months. Car has new paint, was painted extremely close to the original color about 8 months ago. Looks absolutely gorgeuos. Has original wheel covers. I have installed the following over the last 2 years. Gas shocks all around, freeze out plugs, new Perelli tires (5 incuding full size spare), gas gauge sensor (had tank dropped and new sensor installed), new water pump, new radiator, new hoses, new belts, complete tune up with plugs points rotor distributor cap ignition wires etc, new battery, brake cylinders, complete new custom dual exhaust system with dynamax mufflers (sounds awesome), new rear bumper, interior door and window handles, visor and rear view mirror hardware, new coat hooks. I have owned this car for 3 years and other than a little more engine detail and freshining of the interior this is absolutely a great 65 Mustang. Needs Pony interior to either be cleaned and repaired or replaced. This is a mechanically perfect car with absolutely no rust issues.Floors, trunk all panels are absolutely solid. ( The people that painted this car were amazed at the condition of the body). Just needs some TLC in the interior and it will provide years of fun. Everything works except the heater. Lights, turn signals, horn, AM radio etc all in working order. Needs heater core. SUPER CAR< DRIVES LIKE NEW. 3 speed cruisomatic Transmission shifts perfect. There is NO RESERVE on this. I am taking a beating at $10,000 for what I have into this car, but it sells to the highest bidder over $10,000. I will be driving my enclosed trailer back to florida to pick up my other vehicle. I am going down empty, so I may be able to economically deliver this Mustang anywhere along the 95 between New Hampshire and Florida, the week after July 4th.
