You are bidding on a 2000 Mercedes S430. Vehicle is located in Westmont, IL 60559. NO RESERVE! Clean Title! Automatic dual zone climate control. Champagne Gold Exterior color and Beige Interior color. 170,534miles (i am still driving this car, so the mileage might be a little more when sold) Interior is in excellent condition. No tear or rip on leather seats or dash. Exterior have typical rusts on all 2000 model year prone areas, please see photos. Engine and drivertrain in excellent working condition! Air conditioning and climate control in excellent working condition! Stainless Steel brake lines and newer brake rotors and pads! Tires has about 10,000 miles on them, new from August 2009. Upgraded 17" rims. Integrated Parrot Bluetooth for your cell phone. Navigation System. Heated front driver and passenger seats. This vehicle is sold at a discounted price because there are several things that need to be fixed. Passenger Airbag seat occupancy sensor needs to be replaced. The SRS light stays on because of this sensor. When this is replaced, the light will turn off. The part goes for about $150. Speedometer needs to be replaced. A remanufactured unit goes for about $299. The light for the speed guage will sometimes turn off and you have to hit it to get it to come back on. Also, the computer display on the speedometer is missing some lines on the display as you can see in the picture. But if these don't bother you, you don't need to change it. This problem has been going on for about 1 and 1/2 years for me. Exterior rusts. This is the main reason I am selling this vehicle. For me to have the rust professionally repaired, it would cost me a lot of money. My loss is your gain. This is why I say this is a DIY'ers great deal. If you can repair the rust (as shown in the pictures) yourself, you can own this Mercedes for a great deal of time!
