2005 Lincoln Town Car Limousine We have been a licensed Automobile Dealership in Philadelphia, PA, for the past thirteen years at 5011 Torresdale Avenue. We are primarily in the automobile wholesale business selling to other dealerships and at auction, and we are now listing select vehicles for sale to the public as well. The auction terms pertaining to payment, pickup, etc must be observed for this guarantee. This is a beautiful looking, 2005 Lincoln Limousine in excellent condition with only 64k original miles. This is a 70” stretch limo by the Executive Coach Builders Company, and is made for six passengers. This car has been serviced and is ready for immediate use. The vehicle history report is clean without any accidents or damage, and the title is clean and clear without any liens or encumbrances. The owner was forced to return this vehicle to the finance company in a peaceful repossession, and it is now being liquidated. The exterior of this car looks terrific with only some normal imperfections. There aren’t any dents or scratches, and the paint is very glossy and clean. The interior is also very clean and in excellent condition. All of the leather seats are soft and supple. The trim is in excellent condition. I do not know how all of the equipment in these cars work, but I think I was able to operate most things. The air conditioning and climate controls are working. There is a rear sunroof, which appears to be in a fixed position with a sunshade. The engine runs strong and smoothly, and the transmission shifts perfectly. The matching set of Michelin tires are showing most of their tread. The brake pads are all in excellent condition. The suspension and steering feels nice and tight. There aren’t any service warning lights on and this limousine runs and drives beautifully. We accept Paypal for the deposit only, and you must request a Paypal invoice from us to properly credit your account. The balance is due within seven days. Pickup of the vehicle is within ten days of auction completion. The acceptable methods of payment are Bank Wire Transfer, Bank Money Order, Certified check, Finance Company Loan Check, Direct Deposit or Cash in person. We do not offer financing. Down payments are non refundable. We do not accept trade ins. Any guarantee offer for this vehicle will be voided if payments are not made according to terms. WARRANTY: This vehicle will be sold AS-IS with no warranty expressed or implied by the seller. However, the buyer will be offered the option to purchase an additional Extended Service Warranty for all applicable vehicles. The title is guaranteed to be free and clear. There will be no liens or encumbrances on the title. The stated odometer reading is within +/- 500 miles. PICK-UP: We are approximately 15-minutes from Philadelphia International Airport (PHL), the Amtrak 30th Street Train Station, and the Greyhound Philadelphia Bus Station. We may be able to pick you up at any of these stations, so please inquire if interested. We are open from 9AM to 5PM weekdays only, and are closed on weekends. REGISTRATION, TITLES & FEES: Out of state purchasers do not pay any Pennsylvania sales tax. A $60 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction, which will cover document fees and preparation, notarizations, and FedEx or expedited courier costs. Temporary Transit Tags are available through the state of PA for $40, which will provide valid registration for a period of 30 days. In order to obtain this tag, please provide proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own. The title is immediately available to the buyer upon full certified payment, and if certified payment is confirmed by your bank. Otherwise, the title will be sent to you after payments are confirmed. Occasionally, a title is still being processed by the state and we will issue free temporary registration. All vehicles we sell on eBay are stored in a secured facility. Because we have limited storage space, we require that all vehicles be picked up within ten days of auction completion. We can sometimes allow a few extra days for pickup if needed, depending on the type of vehicle. Storage charges after ten days will be charged at $15/day. We also sell vehicles locally and reserve the right to cancel this auction at any time.
