I am selling my well cared for 2001 GTI. This VW has literally every option available at the time: Tan Leather Interior in Excellent Condition. Digital Climate Control, Sunroof, Rain Sensing Wipers, Pinch Protection for the power windows as well as the sun roof, In-dash Computer Display, 60/40 rear folding seats that lie totally flat, Power Windows and Door Locks, Generous Hatch, 5speed manual transmission. This is my personal vehicle and I am the second owner. I have always used synthetic oil and premium gas. This GTI has been well maintained. It has received its 60k service. I replaced the front pads within the past nine months and did rear pads and rotors less than six months ago. I replaced the serpentine belt at 45k. Recently replaced (within the past year) battery, headlights and coil packs. I have a matching set of four Continental Conti-Winter Contact TS810 's with less than 10,000 miles on them and a Neuspeed Front Anti-sway bar which is not installed, that I will throw in if someone chooses to "buy it now". The car is currently running on Kumho Ecsta MX's. The first owner was a close friend who performed the modifications listed and more: Brembo Gran Tourismo Big Brake Kit Neuspeed Race Series Cold Air Intake Neuspeed Rear Anti-sway Bar Neuspeed Front Anti-sway Bar (not installed on the car currently) Neuspeed Upper Tie Bar Koni Adjustable Coilover Front Suspension Chip Ugrade (I do not know the manufacturer) Magnaflow Cat Back Exhaust Koni Sport Rear Shocks Rear Performance Lowering Springs (H & R I think) 17" Lightweight Kosei Racing Wheels This is a used vehicle and is being sold as-is. There is no warranty expressed or implied with the sale of this automobile. I strongly encourage potential bidders to inspect the vehicle. Although it shines up beautifully, there are the usual rock chips and cosmetic blemishes found on all pre-owned cars. The wheels have some curb rash. There is a scuff on the door molding. $500 deposit due up the end of auction. Payment in full within 2 business days of auction end. Please have financing in place in advance of bidding.
