2000 Cadillac Deville DHS . Fresh Northstar with Moonroof. 104,000 miles ,heated seats, 6 disc CD changer,chrome wheels. Bose sound system , factory sun shades, simcon top, vogue tires, and all the usual power accessories of a Cadillac. If you are familier with the Cadillac Northstar then you are probably aware of its head gasket and oil leak issues. These 2 issues have been corrected. I own an Automotive Repair shop and specialize in repairing the northstar engine. www.MidwestCadillacRepair.com The complete engine was removed and dissassembled. The cylinder head bolt holes in the engine block were machined to accept the NS300L inserts to correct the all to common thread issue. All worn parts and gaskets were replaced and the lower case half and oil pan were resealed using the updated GM repair process.The engine was installed along with all new fluids . Now for the car, The car is finished in a stunning wine color with a tan simulated convertable top,chrome wheels and vogue tires. Overall it is in excellent condition for its age showing normal wear and tear. The body is very clean and straight with some minor blemishes associated with a 10 year old car.I. The air conditioning is ice cold. The car drives straight and tight with no air shock or strut issues. . The tires are excellent. There are no check engine lights or service indicators on.The iinterior is also excellent with heated front and rear seats,CD and factory sun shades. Overall just a real nice DHS with the notorious head gasket issue resolved. for more info or to see the car call me at 847 878 5676 In viewing my photos of the rear bumper there appears to be a crack but indeed it is NOT cracked at the top it is a reflection from the sun. The pic was taken to show some minor rub marks in the rear bumper.
