PLEASE read entire ad if you seriously want a one of a kind, high quality vehicle. I have sold 500+ cars and bikes on Ebay since 1999. All with 100% feedback on those items. Very hard to do unless you offer exceptional vehicles. Here is the nicest CJ I have ever sold on Ebay!!! wOw!!! Sold with Warranty, how many sellers will do that for you?? The following is the list of rare features this gem has to offer... 1) 1977 and 1978 were the best years of the CJ7 in my humble opinion. 2) It has only 100K miles on a Levi's Jeep!! 3) Original 7B Brown Mocha Poly paint. 4) Levi's edition seats, dash, visors, door panels, in near flawless condition. 5) Has optional power steering. 6) All gauges work as they should. Very few do. ( Volt meter is on and off today...go figure.) 7) Rare optional hard doors and original top...key works all locks.... hardtop and doors!!! 8) 6 cylinder starts and runs excellent. Quiet, no leaks, runs well. 9) Brand new exhaust system. 10) Power Steering, steers great down the road. 11) Factory AM radio and it works in all its glory!! 12) Always in California, until January 2010!! 13) Levis interior in great shape, no tears or splits in fabric. 14) Incredible driving Jeep, starts right away, drives excellent, engine is quiet, no leaks, does not drip on garage floor. 15) Original steering wheel. 16) All lights work, interior light included. 17) Tires are almost brand new BF Goodrich, spare appears original. 18) 3 speed transmission shifts perfectly. 19) did I say fuel gauge works...it does!!! 20) Clear California Title. 21) Full 30 day warranty on engine, transmission, rear end, front differential, clutch!!! 22) Bikini top. 23) Original paint. I drive this Jeep, it is tight, rattle and squeak free, and is a time capsule experience that will put a grin on your face. The engine, driveline, brakes, lights, gauges etc. all work as they should. Drives with zero gear grind, transmission goes in and out like it should. The 4wd works just as it should in high and low range. It starts easily even after sitting, idles perfectly in seconds. Frame is mint straight with no rust or scale whatsoever!! The original Levi interior is in great shape. No faults noted. Dash Pad is uncracked. The body and paint is about as flawless as you will find on a 34 plus year old Jeep. Looks like front fenders and hood were repainted at some time, tub, windshield frame, and body are all original 7B Mocha Brown Poly. The interior floors are beautiful with very little signs of wear. This Jeep has no carpet to trap moisture. This CJ has always been garaged and has never sat out. A tiny bit of surface scale on rear floor, I left it as is as it is not an issue. I treated a small section of drivers front floor with cleaner, etch, and then 4 coats of POR-15. It then got 3 coats of etch primer, and 4 coats of enamel based DAR paint to protect it another 30 years. Passenger front floor has had no touch up, they both look great!!! Only flaws are hood has some paint flaws and a couple of small dings where hood is set up by windshield frame. Paint has some environmental flaws...(old bird poop?) in a couple of areas. Front fenders have minor wear issues, rock chips and paint chips. Minor scratches and scuffs on body...Sure is nice to see on that's original!!! Any other flaws are way less than normal wear and tear. Only wear you would expect on a 50K mile vehicle, not a 34 year old Jeep. You will be very pleased!! This CJ is very special to me. It is parked in my garage. The last of 2 CJ-7's I have, in my soon to be gone collection. The one I thought I would never sell. I have several things going to be sold in next couple of months. Some I have had since I was a very young man and hold a lot of sentimental value to me, this Jeep will hurt to sell...there are no more like it on the market. It should appreciate for years to come. Delivery Options: If you buy a Jeep from me and I mis-represent something, I will work with you to make it right. I know CJ’s and don’t expect to have this issue, but I want to treat people the way I want to be treated. To be clear here, I am not offering a warranty, (other than warranty explained earlier) these are old AMC made Jeeps and prone to issues. What I am offering is that if you get this and it has a 4 speed and I say it’s a 5 or I say no rot on the floors and you find it has holes etc I’ll make it right….I know this won’t happen, but I want you to feel secure. Look at my feedback and bid with confidence. All in all a very nice unrestored Jeep, and should be a great deal for someone. Very dependable, very rust free, very rare color combination, sure to appreciate over time. Please keep in mind you are buying a 30 year old UNRESTORED vehicle, it will have flaws no matter how good it looks in pictures. If you are expecting a perfect CJ, move on, they weren't perfect in 1977. The last few vehicles I have had at my low buy it nows, or really great NO RESERVE prices, have sold before the end of the auction to local people. If you are waiting until the last minute, the vehicle may go to someone local, so show interest early, so this does not happen to you!! I DO NOT ADVERTISE LOCALLY to be fair to ebay people, but this can still happen. I have sold 45 CJ's on Ebay since 1999. (I know Jeeps, more than many people, and not as much as others. If you have a question I should be able to answer you with no bull.) All the CJ's I have sold in were in varying degrees of perfection. This Jeep is not perfect, but it is exceptional in its intended purpose. Again, LOW RESERVE, someone will get a bargain. I am a Kansas dealer and collect sales tax for the state if you are a Kansas resident. I charge a $89.50 documentation fee, and have 100% perfect feedback on selling Harleys and cars on ebay, so bid with confidence!! Please check my feedback on all my items!!! I will help with transportation if you request. I can suggest transport companies I have had good luck with, or can suggest shuttles bringing you from the airport closer in to me. A $500 deposit with paypal 1 hour after auction is required to bid on this item if you win, and by bidding you agree to this. Balance within 5 days only cash or bank wire transfer. No other ways work, such as cashiers checks or personal checks, UNLESS, you wish to wait the time needed for those to clear my bank. I will wait if you will. Those would need to be sent to me within 48 hours to start the process. You can also apply for an online loan. I would do this early in the process as they take up to 3 weeks to clear.
